  • ON-SITE TRAINING: All training is conducted in small group settings, with a maximum of 20 participants. Training is conducted on-site and the practical aspects of the training include the practice of actual job-tasks (see Workshop Description).   Class times are usually conducted during actual shift hours and can be delivered at whatever time is most appropriate or convenient to production schedules (24 hours).
  • ERGONOMIC EVALUATIONS: Evaluations and reporting of work environments, and/or personal worksites. Recommendations will be made for any changes or improvements if identified.
  • PERSONAL WORKSITE EVALUATIONS AND MODIFICATION: Computer workstations of administrative or clerical personnel are analyzed for optimum configuration relative to each individual. All aspects of the workstation are evaluated and modified to fit optimal parameters for each employee. Any modifications which cannot be made at the time of the service, will be documented with detailed instructions for appropriate modification in the near future. 
  • REINFORCEMENT PROGRAMS: Periodic re-training is combined with employee incentives to promote the daily awareness and usage of Smart Body Management habits.
An on-going focus on injury prevention is highly recommended. Ideally, training should be reinforced at minimum, on an annual basis. Reinforcement programs are customized to the needs of your company and can include employee incentive programs, regularly scheduled “refresher” (tailgate) meetings, on-site visits, etc. 
  • TRAIN THE TRAINER:   Train the Trainer programs are available for those institutions that can dedicate qualified personnel to this effort. IPP will customize a Trained-Trainer program specific to the needs of the organization. Periodic re-training of the trainer(s) can be incorporated over multi-year contracts.
